Zebu were first invited to exhibit at the East Texas State Fair in 2017. We were excited to be a part of a local fair, show our cattle, and educate the public about zebu.
Our little cowboy was interviewed by local reporters from the Tyler Morning Telegraph.
We were surprised to see his photo on the paper’s website and even more surprised that his photo made the front page of the printed paper.

NBC 5, one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s Local News Station, interviewed Carson as part of their feature on the miniature zebu costume contest at the State Fair of Texas. Carson was dressed as Hiccup and his bull calf dressed as Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon.
