Where It All Began…
Jessie had the idea that we would host a miniature zebu livestock show. We jumped right in not really knowing what we were doing, but we started planning.
In 2015, Two Lazy Two Ranch hosted the Zebu Bonanza Extravaganza. That show was a success and has become the Kaufman Klassic, an annual miniature zebu livestock show that occurs every spring at the Kaufman County Fairgrounds. The Kaufman Klassic features a youth show, open show, youth skillathon, and the National Zebu Cattle Club Annual Awards Banquet. We also have clinics for showmanship, breed character, and discussions with breeders. We even have a silent auction to raise money for the National Zebu Cattle Club’s youth scholarship.
