2 Lazy 2 Ranch, located in Kaufman, Texas, is a family owned and operated ranch.  The ranch began raising zebu for the petting zoo industry.  For the past several years, 2 Lazy 2 Ranch has shown their zebu cattle at local county fairs and state fairs.  

Jessie Wilder

 Jessie is our Ranch Dad, Stock Show Dad, Chaos Coordinator, and Chief Cowboy In Charge. As a kid, Jessie always dreamed of raising cattle. He is the reason why we have our ranch today. He’s also the reason why we have our own petting zoo! Jessie has brought home chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, tortoises, baby alligators, ostriches, quail, button quail, pheasants, peacocks, geese, hedgehogs, guinea pig, llamas, alpacas, horses, miniature and standard donkeys, swans, dogs, cattle of all kinds, and even a beefalo! He once had a turkey that liked to go for rides in the truck. Jessie also still plays with tractors, diggers, and all sorts of cool farm toys.

Diana Wilder

Diana is our Ranch Mom, Stock Show Mom, Ranch Photographer, and Chief Cowgirl In Charge. Diana handles everything on the ranch and keeps us on track. Growing up, she was raised a city girl and never even had a pet. Everything changed when she married a cowboy and embraced the country life. She’s even become a beekeeper and gardener. Diana helped Jessie bring his dream to life of owning a ranch and raising cattle. Together, they have created a life on the ranch that she wouldn’t trade for anything in the world. This is even better than anything she could of ever dreamed of! 

Carson Wilder

Carson is our Stock Show Kid, Little Cowboy, and Ranch Supervisor. From the very beginning, Carson has been hands on with everything farming and ranching. He helps with the garden every year and takes care of all the critters that Dad brings home. Carson even raises his own herd of fainting goats. He grew up in the show ring once he could walk, working side-by-side with Dad showing our livestock. Carson is a natural in the show ring.
